Joseph G. Kalosieh, Esq. concentrates in the areas of estate and gift taxation, estate and trust planning, estate administration, Elder Law and business planning (including formations, acquisitions, Buy-Sell, Employment and Partnership Agreements). Mr. Kalosieh also conducts residential real estate transactions.
Mr. Kalosieh received his LL.M. degree in Taxation from New York University Law School, his JD degree from Rutgers University School of Law and his BS degree from Fordham University.
Mr. Kalosieh is admitted in the States of New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia as well as the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations, a member of the NJBA Tax and Probate Sections, the NYBA Probate Section and the Bergen County Bar Association.
