Ari G. Bernstein, Esq.

Ari G. Bernstein has over 30 years of experience in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Estate Litigation, Family Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Employment Law.

Mr. Bernstein graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1989 and Pace University School of Law in 1992. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York and is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars and the Bergen County Bar Association.

Mr. Bernstein has extensive experience in Civil Litigation, Estate Litigation, Family Law, and Personal Injury matters and appears regularly in courts throughout the State of New Jersey

Mr. Bernstein counsels corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability companies in every stage, from formation to dissolution, assisting those entities with financing, restructuring, tax aspects, and organizational governance. 

Ari has extensive experience in employment law-related issues including the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements, severance agreements, and employment litigation.

Mr. Bernstein has worked extensively in all aspects of real estate.  Mr. Bernstein counsels clients with leasing, acquisitions, sales and financing of commercial and residential properties. His clients include national retailers, land developers, owners of industrial and office properties, and commercial real estate brokers. His responsibilities regularly include the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts, leases, notes, mortgages and related documents for commercial (including office, industrial, warehouse and retail) and residential properties. Additionally, he serves as legal counsel for numerous condominium associations throughout New Jersey.

From 2018 through 2022, Ari Bernstein was elected and served as the mayor of Allendale, New Jersey.
